Has anybody ever tried this type protocol sodium bicarbonate?
Baking soda or sodium bicarbonate is the ultimate medicine that every healthcare professional and parent can use to treat toxic poisoning from within the Gulf Oil Disaster area. It can be combined with other basic natural substances like magnesium chloride, selenium and iodine. When one first notices a foul smell, foul taste or flu-like symptoms is to take a bath with several pounds of bicarbonate and magnesium salts. Sodium Bicarbonate is one of the most flexible basic medicines in terms of methods and modes of administration. It can be injected in emergency room situations, taken orally, nebulized, used transdermally as a lotion, put in enemas and in large quantities in therapeutic baths. (1)

Has anybody ever tried this type protocol was sodium bicarbonate?

Has anyone used the Sodium Bicarbonate protocol for candida? Dr Simoncini's system is:-
1 glass of water before breakfast with 1 teaspoon of Sodium Bicarbonate [baking soda] every day for 1 month. Take for 1 month then stop for 2 weeks. Then take again for another month. The theory is that Sodium Bicarbonate oxygenates and alkalizes the gut, eliminating the candida. But you must be on the anti-candida diet.
For everyone struggling with what to take and eat, get a copy of Erica White's Beat Candida Cookbook.[Try Amazon]. She has treated many many cases and says NOBODY GETS WELL WHILE EATING FRUIT. Whatever good stuff it contains, the sugar content feeds candida and keeps it alive and fighting.
To all the people that emailed me. I did not have any sucess on Syclovir or 3 Lac, but Erica White's diet, plus elimination of all foods that showed up as an intoterance on a York Uni[UK] blood test, has started to show results in 10 weeks. Love and Light, Deotima.

May 6th, 2007 at 11:59 pm Everyone concerned with Candida should be acutely aware of sodium bicarbonate and iodine, both very powerful agents in the fight against yeast. An oncologist in Rome is using bicarbonate for quick will of tumors (3-5 days) and his theory of why it works is that cancer tumors are really fungus……iodine as well offers quick kill off….when combined with magnesium chloride used transdermally (See Transdermal Magneisum Therapy on the IMVA site) you have a killer system for candida. Of course it is always good to round out protocols…garlic is wonderful….I would always use calcium bentonite clay orally as well for intestinal problems.

the sites also mention that the iodine shouldn't be taken in excess, or for longer than 3 months, or the thyroid may be affected.

Didn't know about sodium bicarbonate for candida, but I take it regularly to neutralize allergies (food and seasonal/environmental) and for this it really WORKS! Will research more...thanks!

3. Get some PH strips from the Health Food store, and check your alkalinity. It should be around 7. You are probably not around 7, you are probably much lower. Acidity is a nice home for candida and other bad bacteria, and cancer. You probably need to raise your alkalinity. Once a week, I get hooked up to an IV with sodium bicarbonate and vitamin C. Sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) raises your alkalinity, kills anaerobic bacteria (yeast), and the vitamin C improves your immune system. I found the sodium bicarbonate drip through a doctor in integrative medicine, so check with The Institute for Functional Medicine for a practitioner near you.

You will have to be checked out by the doctor first, before they will approve this treatment. Also, you can read The PH Miracle by Dr. Young, and consider using Phour Salts, which raises your PH, if you cannot afford or do not have access to the IV drips.

Sodium bicarbonate possesses the property of absorbing heavy
metals, dioxins and furans. Comparison of cancer tissue with
healthy tissue from the same person shows that the cancer tissue
has a much higher concentration of toxic chemicals, pesticides, etc.

RE: Has anybody ever tried this type protocol sodium bicarbonate?
I am about to to start the candida protocol using IV with barcarbonate soda, Hydrogen Peroxide, and Vitamin C. The IV will be used twice a week for 1 1/2 hrs for six weeks. I believe this will heal my systemic candida along with the candida diet. I have been doing the candida diet along with healing leaky gut with l-glutamine cod liver oil. All my symptoms have gone although one time I ate brown rice 'just a little bit' within 30mins I had a reaction to it and my stomach bloated.
So even though my symptoms have subsided I know that this is just the candida hiding, the moment I eat sugar my symptoms would quickly reappear. I have not had any sugar for 2 months, I have had carbs but very very little. I also do a bentonite clay shake with Phillium husk and Caphric acid twice a day.
I feel that the IV treatment is my only hope of being able to enjoy a glass of wine and some good cheese again. I feel generally healthy I am not overweight and am not aware of any other health problems, I never get colds or flu, I put that down to my healthy eating (except a little more sugar that I probably should have been eating, but I would always eat veggies and some fruit, oatmeal breakfast. So how I got this ungodly disease who knows. I am determined to get rid of it. I would love to hear from others who have tried or know about this treatment.. I did ask the practioner for any phone numbers of people who had gone through the therepy and one lady did call me back. She was very pleased with the results and has been candida and cancer free for 7 years.
Feel free to reply to my post with your opinions or experience with candida.
