Can anyone tell me what to ask my doc for for the vaginal hygiene issues that I have. I shower 2 times/ day, no yeast infections or bladder infections. No disease at all. My urine is smelly and I have a discharge that is frothy. Can I use some herbal or all natural products to clean with. This is making me very uncomfortable. Thanks your your responses.

A douche actually tends to make a woman more susceptible to infections. You might look into what people have to say about using probiotics. There are suppositories available. I know some people use yogurt. Sorry, I'm not much help.

Take probiotics. The best probiotic I've tried so far is called Multidophilus 12 by Solaray. Ask your healthfood store to order if they don't carry it. Usually vaginal issues are caused by infection and an imbalance of good bacteria that normally live there. Trust me, it's an excellent probiotic and will probably help you. In addition to taking it orally you might want to break open a pill and put it in luke warm water and douche with it.
